My name is Domenico Di Pasquale. I am currently a senior at Saint Joseph’s University studying Food Marketing. I am enrolled in Food Marketing Co-Op, which is a five-year program that includes three internship opportunities.  I have recently accepted my next work experience with DAWN Farms in Dublin, Ireland. DAWN Farms is a business to business operation that sells cooked and fermented meats to foodservice and manufacturers. My job will involve traveling throughout Ireland forming relationships with local business owners to promote products and provide sound solutions. My position will allow me to delve into the culture and gain a unique perspective on how the food industry operates in Ireland.
