Under her leadership, Penn Mutual has become one of only seven Fortune 1000 companies with both a female CEO and CFO. That leadership is also represented on the Board, which is more than 40% female. It’s no wonder that Ms. McDonnell says, “I never saw a glass ceiling.”
The granddaughter of four Irish-born grandparents, Ms. McDonnell has been named one of the Wall Street 50 by Irish America Magazine, inducted into the Business Excellence Institute’s Hall of Fame in Dublin, and received the Irish Chamber’s Taoiseach Award in 2017.
We look forward to hearing Ms. McDonnell’s unique perspective, followed by a fireside chat and question and answer session moderated by Irish Chamber Corporate Member, Danielle L. McNichol, Esq., General Counsel and Director for Center for Leadership at Neumann University.
