GREYHAWK was organized in 1996 in Long Island, New York with current corporate headquarters in New Jersey. GREYHAWK is 100% employee owned and managed by three principal partners, Charles F. Boland, PE, Charles J. Caramanna, PE, LEED AP, CPMP and Ronald C. Kerins, Jr., CCM, LEED AP.

GREYHAWK continues to provide superior professional construction management and consulting services throughout the nation with a strong presence in the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast regions of the United States. They continue to grow their firm with new client and project opportunities and have a strong portfolio of assignments in the education, medical, government, entertainment, stadium/arena, housing, power and energy, environmental, and public safety facility market sectors. Their increasing diversified staff includes expertise in architecture, engineering, construction management, risk management, cost estimating, cost analysis, scheduling and commissioning.
