Below is the link to the latest Market Update w/ Brendan and Brett. My partner and I do a quarterly update to review the year and provide some thoughts on what’s to come. With heavy hearts, we share news of the passing of one of our founding board members, Martin Malloy.

Marty had a successful legal career establishing his own firm Gallagher and Malloy. He retired from that several years ago and moved to Cape May to be close to his family. He was a 1971 graduate La Salle University and graduated from Delaware Law School shortly thereafter. His Irish roots were from Mayo.

We are so very thankful for all of Marty’s contributions to our Chamber. He had a huge impact and he will be missed.

On November 11th-12th, 2024, our Chamber had the pleasure of welcoming a trade mission from Ireland’s North West City Region, led by the Mayor of Derry, Lilian Seenoi-Barr, and the Cathaoirleach (Mayor) of Donegal County Council, Niamh Kennedy. Both mayors are newly elected in 2024. Notably in 2024, the government of Northern Ireland has been restored after a 2 year hiatus over concerns about post-Brexit trade arrangements.
