How to Create an Effective Intern Program For Your Company

As Campus Philly, the leading non-profit organization fueling economic growth by encouraging college students to study, explore, live, and work in the Greater Philadelphia tri-state region, reports, many different types of organizations—large, small, non-profit, for-profit, technical, non-technical— benefit from internship programs.

Could you use help with a specific project, task, or research? Would a new, fresh perspective boost an area of your organization? Do you have a technical need, such as updating your website? Would any employees be more productive if they had some assistance? Then this MEMBER SPOTLIGHT Workshop is for you! Come learn the ins and outs of creating an internship program, from assessing your project needs and drafting an internship position description to attracting students to apply and much more.
