Chamber Chat 

This monthly networking session will be held virtually at 10 am EST / 3 pm GMT. The purpose of our series is to provide a platform for learning and connections – for our members – new members, members based outside the Philadelphia region – and potential members too! All are welcome.

Customer Service Excellence Ireland (CSEI) is a continuous improvement programme that helps to improve the Customer Experience across all sectors. At present CSEI work on programmes with Failte Ireland, Retail Ireland, The Educational Training Boards of Ireland as well as with Civil Engineering, Construction, Financial Services and other sectors. The CSEI programme at present operates in Ireland, the UK and Middle East.

Its founder, Charlie Boyle has been involved in several global Future Skills in the workplace studies and one of these with MIT highlights the gaps in what are now referred to as Human Skills. Charlie has the aspiration to create a ‘Human Skills Institute’ in Ireland where the core human skills would be developed as modules of learning and delivered digitally worldwide. Research would suggest strongly a need for focus on key human skills.
Charlie is delighted to be given the opportunity to present to the IABCN on September 8th to explain the rationale as well as his search for collaborative partners on this project.
