From our discussions with clients throughout 2018 and updated market data, we determined that 2019 will be the year of merger, acquisition, and divestiture for many of our friends and clients.
Few merger, acquisition and divestiture (MAD) transitions qualify as successful – and no transition is seamless. MAD teams must keep their eyes wide open to every detail and manage expectations of all stakeholders throughout the entire integration process.
