Impact Dimensions, LLC, is the official provider for The Democratic National Convention Philadelphia 2016 Host Committee merchandise. They are responsible for manufacturing, marketing, selling and fulfilling orders for a variety of Host Committee merchandise and promotional materials such as t-shirts, mugs, buttons, magnets, hats and drinkware. Norbert McGettigan, Jr., Chief Operating Officer of Impact Dimensions LLC, is a long term member of IABCN. Norbert’s father, Norbert Senior, was the first recipient of the Irish Chamber’s Uachtaran Award in 2010.

PHILADELPHIA, July 14, 2016 – The Irish American Business Chamber and Network (IABCN) is proud to announce the election of distinguished Philadelphia business executive Martin Welch to its Board of Directors. “As the Chamber continues to serve the interests of its members and promote the development of economic and educational relationships between the United States and the Island of Ireland, we are thrilled to welcome Martin Welch to the Board. Marty is an experienced, knowledgeable and dynamic leader with extensive international business experience. We are honored that he will lend his talents to the Irish Chamber,” said Kevin Kent, Chairman of the Irish American Business Chamber and Network.

Martin K. Welch is a retired executive of IABCN Ambassador Club member, Aramark Corporation, a $14B global leader in providing food, facilities, uniform and career apparel to clients and consumers in 22 countries, including Ireland. He served in various capacities at Aramark for 34 years. His most recent position was a Chief Operating Officer of Emerging Markets where he led a $3B high growth organization of 80,000 associates in Latin America and Asia. Prior to that, Marty was Chief Financial Officer of Aramark International where he provided financial oversight of operations in 20 countries as growth in the business was accelerated with acquisitions in China, Colombia and Ireland. He has also held various North American business unit CFO positions in Aramark Higher Education, Facilities Management and Refreshment Services.

Marty has served on several non-profit boards in Philadelphia. He is a Certified Public Accountant (Inactive) and holds an MBA from Drexel LeBow College of Business. Marty has two grown sons and he and his wife reside in Philadelphia. He is very active in efforts to improve the community and promote Philadelphia as a destination for international business.
