The annual Commodore John Barry Commemorative Mass will be held on Sunday, September 8th at 10 am at Old St. Mary’s Church in Philadelphia.
A commemorative ceremony following the Mass will take place at Commodore Barry’s gravesite. All are welcome to join the Irish Philadelphia community in remembering and celebrating the founder of the United States Navy and one of the most impactful Irish immigrants in Philadelphia’s history.
