Last month Executive Chef David Joyce was announced as Aramark’s Ireland Chef of the Year 2023. The annual competition, which showcases the exceptional talent within Aramark across Ireland, saw eight Aramark chefs compete for the prestigious prize through a series of cooking challenges. David will now travel to Chile to represent Ireland at the Aramark International Chefs Cup in April. Best of luck David!
