About Our Hosts
Isolde Baylor is a corporate and executive headshot photographer and Owner of Images by IBA in Wayne PA. Her business has photographed more than 6,000 professionals across Philadelphia and the Main Line – law firms, financial offices, healthcare groups and consultancies. She works with a full lighting set up both on location and in her studio to create consistent results across teams, but the secret sauce to her work is the guidance with posing and expression to help clients get a portrait they will actually use. Isolde is a Headshot Crew Associate with 180 5 star reviews and 15,000 + images delivered.
Eileen Kevany is a men’s image consultant helping professionals elevate their style so they can look sharp and feel their best every day. Whether it’s upgrading your office wardrobe, creating a smart casual look for weekends, or ensuring you’re photo-ready for a big event, she provides a customized style experience that makes getting dressed simple and stress-free.
With years of experience as a style consultant and a background in personal development, Eileen understands how clothing influences confidence, presence, and how others perceive you. She has helped dozens of men build wardrobes that reflect who they are and where they’re going.
Eileen serves clients across the Main Line, Delaware, Chester, and Montgomery Counties of Pennsylvania, and offer both virtual and in-person sessions.

Directions & Parking
How to get to the studio: 994 Old Eagle School Rd, Suite 1021, Wayne PA 19087
(inside Eagle Yards West, off the Route 202 corridor, about five minutes from King of Prussia)
- Enter the Eagle Yards West lot from Devon Park Drive.
- Drive to the back of the lot, past buildings 994 and 998, then turn left.
- Look for Door K, a glass door marked “K” with my Images by IBA & Suite 1021 sign. It opens right into the studio.
- Plenty of free parking in the lot, closest spots are at the back, by Door K.
