Five with local ties make to ‘100 most influential in health care’ list

Five people who either work in the Philadelphia region, or have strong ties to the area, made Modern Healthcare’s list of the 100 most influential people in health care in 2017.

For this year’s list, the publication’s 16th, readers nominated 6,800 individuals and cast 74,000 votes — which accounted for 50 percent of the rankings. Modern Healthcare editors accounted for the remaining 50 percent.
