Congratulations to IABCN member, Michael P. Gallagher, who has been elected to the Board of Directors of The American Ireland Fund.
Mr. Gallagher is a partner with Pepper Hamilton LLP, resident in the Berwyn office. He concentrates his practice in the areas of corporate finance, private equity, family businesses, securities, mergers and acquisitions, workouts and general corporate matters. Mr. Gallagher graduated cum laude from Villanova University School of Law. He received his undergraduate degree, cum laude, from Boston College. Mr. Gallagher has been a member of the Chairman’s Golf Committee of the American Ireland Fund’s Philadelphia Golf Classic since 2006. He was recently honored by The American Ireland Fund at the 13th Annual Philadelphia Golf Classic and awards dinner held on September 8, 2014 at the Philadelphia Cricket Club.
