Senate Majority Leader Jake Corman (R-Centre) announced earlier this afternoon that the NCAA agreed to settle in the matter of Corman/McCord v. the NCAA. Within an hour, the settlement was approved unanimously by the Penn State Board of Trustees. It awaits approval by the NCAA Board of Governors.
