The first phase of the development which is almost 50% delivered to date, will comprise of c41,000sq.m of Grade A, LEED Gold office space  located less than 100m from Terminal 2 at Dublin Airport.

Airport Cities are now the location of choice for international businesses.  Due to the incredibly strong cultural and economic links between Ireland and the USA – the United States is the largest source of inbound FDI to Ireland, while Ireland is the fifth biggest investor in the US supporting almost a quarter of a million jobs. For this reason, Dublin Airport Central is keen to facilitate the expansion plans of American businesses into Europe.

This is evidenced by the recent letting to Kellogg’s, who have leased c.3,600sq.m as a major new EU HQ office hub. With such great connections throughout Europe and US Pre-clearance into the states, Kellogg’s have identified the value of direct connections to both Michigan (where their global HQ is located) and to most major cities throughout Europe .

Dublin Airport Central is the perfect location for any US multinationals considering Ireland/Dublin as a gateway to Europe. With Dublin to London being the busiest city to city route across Europe, it’s no wonder Dublin Airport Central is the preferred location for companies looking to connect their business to the world.
